TeIslaFaCon 2008 was a resounding success. We didn't sell as much merchandise as I had been hoping, but the video gaming portion of the con was excellent, and there was a special appearance by Albert, who you may remember appeared in an episode of Request Comics.

Today I learned that Ben is not to be left in charge of planning conventions if you want the number of attendees to be greater than the number of conference organizers. This is why TerrorIsFanCon2, which I am planning, is going to be held in July at Comic-Con. The conference area will be a mobile ellipsoid with Ben and I as the foci, and it will be a conference fiat that anyone within the conference area is a de facto attendee.
